figure out the game mode

We implement 3 game modes in team fortress. These are not present in the state but should be known to the reducer internally.

The game modes that we support are:

• payload
• control-points
• king-of-the-hill
• payload-race

It influences the determination of who wins the match.

• payload --> based on point captures
• king of the kill (koth) --> based on round wins
• control point (cp) --> based on round wins

would be nice to have a feature file for testing this
