Documentation: Create maps for world 2,3, and 4 #327

Current Behavior

We have maps of world 1 and dungeon 1. Despite being basically finished graphically, worlds 2, 3, and 4 currently use the map of world 1 as well.

DoD

[x] World 2 has all maps
[x] World 3 has all maps
[x] World 4 has all maps
[x] The dungeon maps are unchanged

@delvh the problem with "all" maps is that there are no dungeons and minigame spots or npcs are set in these worlds so if i set them in the picture, they need to be set in these worlds according to the picture (including the numbers)

Ah, didn't know that. Okay, for now we can at least create the raw maps.
