Requirement

Gamify-IT/issues#360

Current Behavior

Currently, the achievements UI doesn't allow filtering the achievements based on a category. The places for the title and description are very small.

Expected Behavior

We want to be able to categorize the achievements based on their type. Also, the places for the title and description need to be bigger.

DoD

[x] There are dropdown menus to select different types
[x] Text fields for title and description are larger
[x] There are filter options
[x] A prefab is created
[x] UI works with different screen scales
