Requirement

Keybindings Frontend Gamify-IT/issues#368 Keybindings Backend Gamify-IT/issues#426

Current Behavior

Currently, keybinding are not stored in the backend.

Expected Behavior

Changes to keybindings should be stored in the backend and loaded at the start.

DoD

[x] Keybindings are stored in the backend
[x] Keybindings are loaded at the start
[x] Test plan exists
