DevOps: enhance deployment

Some things need to be updated and refactored. Additionally the deployment should be easier for newbies.

DoD

- [ ] update keycloak to latest version Extracted to #506

• [x] refactor docker-compose files in run-config
• [x] work out how deployment can be simplified
• [x] implement the changes worked out above

Keycloak update is important cause it is currently not possible to allow access to sharry only for lecturers. Configuration in current keycloak:
