Towercrush: fix UI for team selection #487

Current Behavior

UI design is not very human.

Expected Behavior

UI for team selection is intuitive and functional.

DoD

[x] Lobby members are displayed in a list
[x] Teams are displayed in two lists, next to each other
[x] There is a separate button to join each team
[x] "Ready" button is highlighted when the user has selected a team
[x] "Start Game" button is highlighted, when all players are ready
