This is a known issue. Java agents are commonly used for software modding (but not so much for Minecraft modding; however, this is more of a mod of Fabric itself, than of Minecraft), but Kaspersky marks them all as exploits, even though they are not. You'll have to whitelist the JAR, and report the JAR as dave to Kaspersky. If you don't trust me, you can always read the mod's code right here on GitHub. If you still don't trust me, feel free to decompile the mod to verify that the source manages what's here on GitHub.
When I tried to download the mod, instead of bringing me to the downloading site, Kaspersky showed me this: Kaspersky Security Cloud.pdf
The file above is a screenshot that I took from the site by saving the site as PDF. You'll see that it said the file is infected with HEUR:Exploit.Java.Agent.gen.
Due to this, I would like you to check the file if there's anything wrong with your execution and fix it ASAP. If you're intentionally trying to trojan someone's computer, you're a dick.
You know your mind.
