Relocating the bandit town and giving it a neat horror theme.

Replaced Bandit town
Added 2 swamp prefabs A and C
Added "FogFX"
Added a no-build clip in the entire area. Sorry for those that wanted to spook around, 👻
Added swamp trees, tree field and meshes for "horror" effect

=> Case closed => moved to mainbranch for update release next wipe
