A quick system which persists between scenes, and tracks progress/settings on earlier levels

[ ] Persists between levels, and can be started from anywhere for testing purposes
[ ] Tracks game options such as volumes
[ ] Tracks Quest completion and collectible progress

Does NOT save to file. All progress should be wiped when quitting the game || returning to menu
