Incorrect command still adds a new patient #1

The following command was used to add an patient, but wasn't rejected event though the wrong format is used.

addp \name Justin \address Pasir Ris \phone 91234567 \ag one

The explanation of the bug is a little unclear, but I assume that it is because of the extra \ag one.

Rejected justification: Going according to the assumption above regarding the extra field \ag one, it is stated in the UG under section 3 that HAMS will ignore all dummy fields.
