Hi,

Would it be possible to add directional arrowheads (5' to 3' direction) to introns in the genes BED track? This would be similar to UCSC Genome Browser GENCODE track in the attached image. Also would it be possible to add the gene name to the 5' end (TSS) of the gene? Thank you! This is an excellent tool.
