BIG GUI-Update, stable build v0.3 #178

Updated the whole PlaneSpotter user interface

new Class UserInterface (much easier than the deprecated GUI class)
new Classes SearchPane, SettingsPane, InfoPane for easier data-displaying
improved the ActionHandler, but there are lots of things to improve/remove
updated Controller with the new UI
