Add Silver Tiara support for BankStander #109

I'm always frustrated when [...] It's pretty niche use but like 4 other people in discord agreed with adding tiara support 👍 Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Add the ability to create tiaras while using the BankStander plugin

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. it already supports silver jewelry, but there's not an option for tiaras. Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

I see there was another post made about this aswell.

^^ Tiaras offer 52.5 exp without a gem needed. This is significantly more exp than gold jewelry without gems :)
