Combat Helper: World hop causes ghost tile tags #118

Describe the bug When hopping worlds it causes the plugin to mark tiles around the place with no npcs and adds the tick timer above the tile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. turn on Combat Helper
  2. Hop world / relog with plugin active

Expected behavior NPCs to be marked with tick timers above top of NPC

Additional context Very minor bug but just reporting for information :)
