[Rune Helper] Add the Achievement diary cape as teleport option #186

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the only 2 teleport options available are "Duel Arena" and "Lunar Scroll". Currently the meta for crafting any rune in the abyss is to use the Achievement diary cape and select option "E" to teleport to the Lesser Fanatic diary master.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the Achievement diary cape as a teleport option, additionally, if possible, make it automatically select option "E" to teleport to the Lesser Fanatic aswell.

Describe alternatives you've considered Teleporting manually.
