Describe the bug the plugin will pray either one tick early or one tick late on protection prayers. also occasionally(harder to reproduce) will pray the wrong overhead

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start doing rotations or dks
  2. bug will happen if not instantly after the first rotation

Expected behavior the plugin prays on the correct tick
