Logout Helper - "New" Slayer cave is NOT considered Pvp/Wildy zone. #194

Describe the bug The "New" Wilderness slayer cave is not considered a PVp/wildy zone, despite actually being around level 20 and 31 in the wilderness.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Wilderness slayer cave.
  2. Find a player and log/teleport (whatever you have currently set) and it won't do anything. Additional note: Does work when Disable PVP checks is enabled.

Expected behavior Should Teleport/logout normally upon seeing a player.
