Wintertodt healing #227

I'm always frustrated when I end a WT game with less than full hitpoints and then start a new game unhealed getting less points/exp, sometimes not getting the full amount of points to earn crate.

Heal up to a set hp in bank using same food ID

Set a min and max hp for eating, or during afk period check hp levels and eat any extra food in inv as during banking full supplies are grabbed anyways
