**Is your feature request related to a problem?

Describe the solution you'd like -after teleporting to location, stop teleporting if jewelry still has charges and logouts instead. Ex: tele to ferox enclave and if there is a player nearby, logout instead of continuously teleporting until ring is depleted of charges.
