Add option to do player-attack tick prayer flicking, so someone can flick piety without having to one tick flick. Useful for slay tasks where you don't specifically need to prot pray, and makes it so you don't have to one tick pray flick when you only want piety bonus.

using one-tick or camping piety with pray bonus on.
