AutoSpec V2 Double Prayer Activating #50

For Pures / Zerks / Voiders have it so you can activate Double Prayers on Spec for example Ultimate Strength + Incredible Reflexes since not every account build has Piety or Rigour

this feature is a very Important Option i would say a lot people asking me in PM if this is possible and sadly its not
