Plugin seems to calculate minimum tick delay incorrectly. Starts counting your min tick delay while animating and once you stop animating it will immediately click the next resource (unless your tick delay is extremely high).
Intuitively seems like min tick delay should be calculated once your player stops animating, not while they're animating. (Unless my understanding of min tick delay is incorrect).
