Suggestion: Script to create Plandomizer to exclude all songs #7

This may sound weird, but it would be nice if there was an included script to generate a Cosmetic Plandomizer file that excludes all songs in Ganondorf's Organ. This would be helpful to allow the user to remove DMCA-Critical Sequences without having to remove / move the entire folder out of the Music directrory.

Just gonna point out that I programmed this in TypeScript (I have no Python knowledge), and ChatGPT ported the code perfectly to Python. 😂

My suggestion would be to instead add a group to all the .meta in this repository, such as "DMCA", and then change OoTR itself to allow exclusion of groups as well as single tracks in plando. Then you'd be able to just add "#DMCA" to the exclusion list.

overall if people choose to use the custom music thats up to them and i dont see a reason to do anything in that regard. The repository is mainly here to have it in one place instead of many little .rar files in discord.

But if you can get OoTR to change that editing some .meta file either as group or line 5 with DMCA marker excludes it somehow we can manage to do that. for restream purpose id actually suggest also adding a warning message on the file select screen. or even earlier if possible to avoid getting in trouble using them by accident.
