Fix notification issue #54

We are getting an issue where daily notifications are only occurring on the first day, and not repeating

Investigating. Difficult to replicate. When I set the alarm to go off every 15 minutes, I seem to continuously get it with no issues. However when set to the normal timing, it stops working after a few days. Will attempt semi regular timing over several days.

have tried with 8 hour repeating alarm for the morning, and once a day for the evening. Has been working for several days without fail

I'm starting to think this is just an issue of notifications being reset when a new version of the software is installed, as I have left it a week without upgrades and it has been fine.

I may just move some of the notification set-up to the MainActivity, so it is less likely to be cancelled for a long time
