Folder and search in guides #4

In the local guides list we should be able to search for guides

Details :

When opening the list of local guides, it should detect all the guides and folder we have and show them differently
Folder should be shown first, then guides
A button should help go to the root folder or the previous parent folder
A search box should let the user search for ANY guide in ANY folder by NAME
A tooltip or a header to show where we are in the folders
