中文文件和MTA设置 #22

问题1：
这里的中文文件是为3.1.2准备的，但是我的bugzilla3是3.0.4.1，��
�制过去后，部分
页面是中文了，但是大部分页面都无法打开。
不知道哪里有3.1.2下载，bugzilla的官网上也找不到下载位置。

问题2：
如何设置sendmail
因为注册新用户需要通过邮箱，所以必须设置MTA之类的。
但是没有能够找到看到相关的设置方法。

如果需要下载3.1.2，可以在这里下载

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/webtools/bugzilla-3.1.2.tar.gz

或者，你可以安装最新的3.2版本，然后使用svn 
checkout这里的3.2中文版来用，这个版本正在
翻译中
