BM: Setting size to constant crashes the tool #184

I think it's because size is the only required encoding with same space as marker and thus the only marker defining encoding.

Which bubbles should it load if size is constant? Lat, Lng, color are all country properties. So... there would be no time dimension? Should marker space change to just country?

Constant size doesn't work in old vizabi either.
