time's color gives error alert when accessing directly by URL #63

AUT: tools-pages. CHARTS: All Charts. ENV: Live & Dev.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Navigate to URL: https://www.gapminder.org/tools/#$state$marker$color$which=time&use=indicator&scaleType=time&spaceRef:null;;;&chart-type=bubbles
  2. Note that error alert will appear & spinner will be in infinite's loading state.

ACTUAL RESULTS: Color of 'time' gives error alert when accessing directly by URL EXPECTED RESULTS: Whether we are selecting the color's time from UI or by URL, relevant page should be loaded successfully. NOTE: When selecting this option i.e. time from UI there's no error alert appear

This is fixed & verified against tools-stage & blue.
