No URL made when selecting the color as 'Single color'. #65

i.e. if we are selecting the Color as 'Babies per women' then URL will become as: https://www.gapminder.org/tools/#$state$marker$color$which=children_per_woman_total_fertility&use=indicator&scaleType=linear&spaceRef:null;;;&chart-type=bubbles

if we are navigating to this url, color as 'Babies per women' will be shown. as we can see: $state$marker$color$which=children_per_woman_total_fertility

So should be something like this one made color of 'Single color' selected!

This is fixed & verified against tools-stage & blue.
