STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Navigate to URL: https://www.gapminder.org/tools/#$chart-type=bubbles
1) Select some bubbles i.e. USA, China etc.
2) Click on 'options' i.e. gear like icon, options will be shown.
3) Click on 'X and Y', list will be expanded.
4) Changed 'X axis' drop-down's label to 'Time' & set its min to: 1900
5) Click on OK.
6) Click on Play button, you will notice the same screen as shown in screenshot
ACTUAL RESULTS: When selected a value for time at x-axis, axis values updated but SLIDER still start from 1800 & hence selected bubbles are causing a confusion as where're the bubbles.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Slider's value should be as per updated x-axis's value.
