sidebar collapse & vertical scroller have minimal margin b/w them #75

AUT: tools-pages. CHARTS: Barrank Chart Only. ENV: Live & Dev.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Navigate to URL: https://www.gapminder.org/tools/#$chart-type=barrank 1) Hover to vertical scroller at the same position where sidebar collapse is. 2) Note that user will be confused b/w scroller & sidebar collapse.

ACTUAL RESULTS: sidebar collapse & vertical scroller have minimal margin b/w them. EXPECTED RESULTS: sidebar collapse & vertical scroller should have suitable margin, so that end user get avoid any confusion.
