Income's value behave differently. #93

AUT: tools-pages. CHARTS: Bubble Chart. ENV: Live.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1) Navigate to: https://tools.gapminder.org 2) Note that Income's value at x-axis starts from 500 2) Select 'Income' at y-axis. Note that it's value would starts from 250 3) Select any other indicator at x-axis i.e. 'Life Expectancy'. 4) Select 'Income' again at x-axis. Note that it's value would have been shifted from 500 to 250

ACTUAL RESULTS: Income's value behave differently, when coming back to select it again. EXPECTED RESULTS: Income value should stay same on whatever indicator's selected first and then selecting it again.
