Add .hex files as extra files to releases #21

Currently all the releases have the hex files buried with the source code. Some people only want the .hex so we should start releasing the .hex files separately from the source, as well as retroactively add the .hex files to past releases if possible.

Appropriate .hex files have been retroactively added to all past releases.

This will be done for all new releases from now on.
