remove eclipse project #382

Google dropped support for Android projects on Eclipse on June 26, 2015.

This project hasn't built for at least 6 months under Eclipse. With the latest updates to Android Studio adding native C/++ support, and the robust Android Studio support already present in this project, it's time to drop the Android/Eclipse compiler project. At the very least, it'll save some headaches when novices attempt to build the project for Android and aren't sure which project to choose.

I'm fine with this. At this point I honestly can't imagine anyone using Eclipse instead of Android studio. The only downside is that we need to update the documentation which I believe is pretty outdated.
