The options:

MIT/BSD3c/Apache: These are all basically the same: highly permissive, do whatever, including commercial closed source forks
GNU General Public License v3 (GPL): Copyleft for frontend code. Ineffective at enforcing copyleft for backend code, so can still be used in commercial closed source forks.
Affero GNU General Public License (AGPL): Copyleft for both backend and frontend code. I feel this might be a bit limiting?

For now, assume the repository is AGPL until a proper license file is added https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.en.html

Don't even think about licenses like GPL. Use CC0 or the Unlicense.

If I ever intend to put any part of TurboWarp/scratch-gui or ScratchAddons/ScratchAddons in here, GPL 3.0 is actually my only option

Like embalming it if possible. Or using a iframe. maybe, i'm new to the programing world so.
