Update Garden Homepage #154

Update the garden homepage with the new design

Feedback:

  1. Make first CTA larger
  2. Iterate on the midjourney image. The image itself is cool, but some of the flowers in that one in particular are somewhat unsettling. Might be worth rerolling a few times with the same prompt to see what else comes up
  3. Add a row of logos (e.g., a banner of UChicago, Wisconsin, Argonne, NSF, DOE logos)
  4. Update code snippet. Use an example we want to showcase (ask in frontend channel if Ben/Will/Owen have a preference)
  5. Change the icons for the Reproducibility, Accessibility, Quality, etc section so they each have a different icon. Plants/flowers? If we can't find icons that coordinate super well with words
  6. Hardcode in featured gardens and populate with Gardens that are in good shape (aka not tutorial gardens)
