Let user specify DOI when creating a new notebook

A typical user flow is:

• Create a garden
• Then make a notebook for something you want to publish in it.

There's an opportunity for the user to supply the DOI while it's fresh in their mind. Maybe there could be a command line arg for notebook start that puts it in your templated notebook.
