Second draft of tutorial

Overview

This PR makes a second draft of the Garden tutorial based on feedback from the first draft. Some focuses were:

• Keeping it as simple as possible to get the user to their first published model.
• Making it harder to mess up. For example, launching a tutorial notebook with the content ready to run means there is much less copy and pasting.
• Making it more self contained. All important terms are defined in context. There is no assumption that the user knows what a garden or entrypoint is.
• Motivating every step. This draft assumes people want to get their models published in a way that external users can execute them, and everything ties back to that.

Discussion

Some things to note in this draft:

• A lot of the content of the tutorial is now split into notebooks that the user is encouraged to open.
• I made some minor code changes. That includes the new --tutorial flag to notebook start which opens the tutorial notebook. I also made it so that the local Jupyter server doesn't need a token anymore.

Testing

Just reading through the tutorial and executing the supporting materials a bunch.
