In anticipation of publishing his paper, VIP gardener Ryan Jacobs just registered the DOI of his garden (see: https://doi.org/10.26311/ep98-br79) but not any of the entrypoints associated with it.
It's a bit surprising to need to manually register all 33 entrypoints after registering the garden they belong to, and very tedious to register the DOIs from the command line (especially so because the register-doi command only accepts one DOI at a time).
Acceptance criteria
when registering the DOI of a garden with unregistered entrypoints, the user is prompted to also register those entrypoints
there should also be a --all flag or similar for the garden register-doi command to skip the prompting
user is not prompted for entrypoints already registered
