Spell Rank Specification to docs #21

I have no idea if setting specific ranks for spell possible at all, but having an option as well as shorthand would be amazing. For example, if possible by using /nb ht1 you would cast a Healing Touch (Rank 1). That would help healers a lot, especially when used with conditions, as sometimes casting the highest rank spell is just a waste of resources

0_0 I just made that up for explanation purposes, and is really a thing?! Well, then I guess it should be about adding it to the documentation
