Support handling multiple Rimworld Versions

This would entail a couple of things:

Adding version tags in our Symbol Table to allow us to only match 1.3 defs with other 1.3 defs
Add a user setting panel to manually define the location of Rimworld for different versions
See if we can't find a way to build/run against specific versions?
