Authentication error after upgrading to NTLM v2 #197

Hello!

Ever since NTLM was disabled and only NTML v2 was enabled on the Exchange server, now we are getting an Unauthorized Exception error during the authentication process.

Any guidance or help will be greatly appreciated.
