image Could you please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24 extd and Hacktoberfest? I would like to work on making the navbar more user-friendly and and show as a sidebar when its screen size decreases to 400. Thanks!

@GarimaSingh0109 Can you please assaign me this issue so, i can contribute in it and make this navbaar and footer more impressive and adaptable design, particularly by implementing a sliding navbar for smaller screens. This will ensure the navbar remains hidden when not needed and appears seamlessly upon clicking the bar icon, providing an improved user experience across all devices.
