Feat: Add Scroll Progress Bar to Enhance User Experience #434

I would like to propose adding a scroll progress bar at the top of the webpage to improve user experience. The progress bar will provide visual feedback to users about how much of the page they have scrolled through and how much content remains, especially useful for long pages.

I noticed to add a scroll progress bar, and I believe this feature could greatly enhance our user experience by providing visual feedback on content consumption.

I’d like to take on this issue . Implementing this feature can help users navigate more intuitively, making it easier for them to understand their position within the content.
