Inconsistent Navbar and Footer Structure Across Pages

Descriptions:

1. different structure for nav bar on each page:

1.1 Home

1.2 About and build resume

*1.3 There is no navbar for the login and sign up pages

2. Footer is structure not appealing, and similar contrasts between its elements make it difficult to read

Note:

In other pages, either the footer is different, or it is not being displayed.
