Feat: Dark theme #89

The website currently doesn't have a dark theme. It would be better if you add a toggle button that would change the theme to light or dark based on user preferences.

I would like to work on this issue, can you assign this to me?

I hope you are doing well! I am a contributor participating in the GirlScript Summer of Code 2024 - Extended Edition, and I would like to work on the issue [Issue #89].

I have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’m confident I can implement the dark theme for the resume template effectively. Could you please assign this issue to me?
