[Feature] Constructing a new page for feedback and contact us

Description

Doing this will make the website look more presentable and easy to use.

Motivation

As soon as i opened the website I noticed that the contact us and feedback part can be improved. we can also add pictures (anonymous) of the people giving review to make the website look more personalized!
