[BUG] CSS file is not working.

Description

There is some problem in CSS file because website just showing html tags and most of the style properties are not lined with html tags. I attached some screenshots for better understanding of problem. Screenshot (24) Screenshot (25) Screenshot (26)

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior
