Description

Summary

I have added some animations to the navbar , creating hover effects and translate effects. I have also added styles to ecotips pages designing the page for better readability and view

Details

There is a change in the Ecotips.html and index.html . In index.html , i have added styles in navbar and in eco tips page o have made a css file named ecotips.css and edited the html page for better readability , i have also corrected some spelling mistakes.
