Description

Sublevels don't register if popup is not open when on a new session.

Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

Browse as normal
Open Link Map to check tab hierarchies
Only a flat list is displayed
Hierarchies begin to appear now that the popup has been opened.
Popup can now be closed and reopened

Expected behavior

I expect the tab levels and hierarchies to begin recording without needing to open the popup

The yellow arrow shows when I first opened Link Map popup - tab levels are now recording. Everything prior to that is flat.
